Services this Sunday will take place at both 8:30 am and 11:00 am. Pastor Jaco Bester will be presiding over services with a sermon on “Tender Mercy” (the Samaritan woman). We look forward to worshipping together!
Why are we excited to “spring forward”?
It’s like a mini-vacation to a new time zone, right from the comfort of your own bed!
No power? No problem! When the power goes out, we can read/play games/paint the house/grill up some dinner well past 7 pm!
We have a universally accepted excuse to be sleepy & ready for bed at 8:30 at night!
It has the word “spring” in it, which means Spring is not far off – the Joy and Celebration of the resurrection of our Lord and Savior, warm breezes, fresh flowers!
No need to miss a sunset! The glories of the setting sun will not be missed while we’re still at work, but can be fully enjoyed and savored each evening!
It marks the beginning of outdoor festivals and farmer’s markets, fresh produce, dinners on the patio – and no need to bring a coat or hunt down that 1 elusive glove!
Sunday, March 12th marks the second Sunday of Lent. Rev. Jaco Bester will be preaching on “The Wonderful Promise (Nicodemus)” at 8:30 am and 11 am. Immediately following the 11 o’clock service will be a St. Patty’s Day themed potluck. We look forward to worshipping with you and spending time together in fellowship
Please join us this Sunday, March 5th at 8:30 am or 11 am as we celebrate the first Sunday of Lent with a traditional communion worship service. Rev. Jaco Bester will be giving a sermon on “The Great Invitation” (the first disciples) and our Chancel Choir will be gracing the 11 o’clock service with song.
Our doors our welcome to everyone who would like to worship with us on Ash Wednesday at 7 pm as we mark the beginning of Lent.
