Connections

What church community doesn’t enjoy getting together for food and fellowship? Here you’ll find exciting ways to jump in and get to know the people who choose to make FPC their faith home, from meals to events to small groups. You’ll also hear a bit about why FPC is right for them, and how this community supports them in their life-long journey to make God’s story their story.

Second Sunday Potlucks

Once a month, we host a potluck lunch right after worship. Sign up to bring a dish or just show up – there’s always enough for a few more! Donations are appreciated but not required.

Third Thursday Dinners

Third Thursday dinners each month are designed to provide busy families with a resource for an easy dinner. We encourage, during this time together, the development of better and deeper relationships by sharing stories both within the church family and beyond.

Seasonal Fun

Fellowship isn’t part of our church’s name, but it should be. We enjoy each others’ company all year, and invite the community to join in on events like the Easter Egg Hunt, the golf league, euchre nights, occasional concerts and movie nights, the annual ladies’ retreat, our fall harvest meal, our new summer celebration, and of course the hot chocolate stand at the Christmas parade. We’re also proud to be part of the childrens’ activities at the Saline Summerfest and Oktoberfest. There is always something happening and we invite you to join us, especially for our simple coffee hour after worship. And let us know if you have a new idea for get-together.
