We are currently seeing a surge in COVID cases with the Omicron variant for unvaccinated as well as vaccinated individuals. Out of an abundance of caution and loving concern for one another, Session has decided to cancel in-person worship for this Sunday, January 23rd and the following Sunday, January 30th. Worship will be offered virtually at 10:30 a.m. The pastor, lay reader, Tyler Driskill, and Dianne Newberry will lead worship from the sanctuary.
Health officials believe this current surge will peak and then drop off, so we are planning to resume in-person worship on February 6th. If the Worship Committee feels it is beneficial to delay in-person worship beyond that date, we will send another email notice.
The Annual Meeting is postponed to March 6th.
